"Wait... So, what do you actually do?"

I get asked this a LOT — and I completely understand why.

I don’t make a lot of sense on paper …  or in life.

My weeks and days vary. A snapshot can look like co-hosting our podcast, working with NDIS clients, MC-ing a book launch, doing a keynote at a school or sporting club then hosting an event at a company.

My background is in Psychology, Sociology, and Counseling.

In 2014, I founded Stand Up Events Melbourne Inc, an NFP tackling homophobia in sport and in life.

I’ve run major public community events, fundraisers, conducted world-first research with Monash University, presented over 180 keynote speaking gigs, created AFL-player-led programs, hosted events, managed ambassadors and have worked alongside The Equality Campaign as an Australian representative during the Plebiscite. I have met the most magical people along the way and have had the privilege of learning so many different skills through working with such diverse crowds.

Since closing the NFP in 2025, I've gone solo and love my work.

Mental health. Being a good ally. And hosting.

I’m professional, slightly awkward, honest, and am able to tailor my approach to what you need.

I take my work seriously.

Myself, not so much.

For the sake of honesty, you should know that this photo is from 9 years ago but is my most professional shot. You're not being catfished.
